I hereby agree to receive information from the company AJA ANNA ADAMUS-MATUSZEWSKA, RYSZARD MATUSZEWSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA by email. I hereby express consent for my personal data to be processed and used for marketing purposes and to be included in the database of that company, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29.08.1997  (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883)

Terms of the Newsletter:

1. The company AJA ANNA ADAMUS-MATUSZEWSKA, RYSZARD MATUSZEWSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA is the administrator of the data stored in the Newsletter database.

2. Providing the data to the newsletter database is voluntary.

3. The database contains email addresses of natural persons/companies who want to receive information about the offers, promotions, news and events involving the aja company

4. The newsletter is sent to the e-mail address given by the person expressing the consent.

5. Receiving the newsletter is free.

6. The subscribers of the newsletter may at any time change the address to which the newsletter is sent or unsubscribe from receiving it by sending an unsubscription instruction to the address aja-hurtownia@aja.pl

7. By accepting the Terms, the user is expressing consent for the processing of personal data related to the operation of the Newsletter

8. The aja company will not make the entrusted data, mailing lists available to third parties and shall make every effort to ensure that the data is stored safely.

9. The aja company is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the sent information - for example, the color scheme of the offered fabrics presented in the pictures may differ slightly from the actual colors, due to monitor settings or the light in which the pictures were taken.
